Go back to the PG Report dated April 2016, in which they suggested that we'd likely hear further on this in the late (northern hemisphere) summer - that is, from memory of things long ago, around about now.
'. . . . the kimberlite licence is due for renewal on the 25 May 2016. We would expect a successful renewal notice towards the end of the summer.'
Meanwhile, we can self-implode or not, our choice.
