Take from it what you will, but imo P&G will be all over this as 'business as usual' if it is indeed the case and in the mean time as a worst case scenario; for SK-II, the Asia Market is at it's core and the bulk of SK-II sales. One of the reasons we went into the Fast Moving Consumer Goods market was to lessen (but not obliterate) regularity hurdles. So each market is different and each formulation being delivered is different so there will no doubt be instances where we will have to seek regulatory relief. So far though that has been limited. But each product and each market has to be assessed on its merits although we do expect the FMCG market to have far less barriers than the pharmaceutical market.
