    I dont think the DFS will change anything anyway. it's not as if the DFS guarantees binding revenue does it??

    the market these days seems unlikely to assign a full valuation for SDV for "ifs" and "promises" ...seen it too many times on other stocks

    IMO, but hope i'm wrong
