To my knowledge it is a tightly held secret. Rumoured to be linked to the whole not just NIHL, November this year sufficient to know that a degree of settlements have settled. Although we didn't pay anything for NHIL the escrow (part of) is in recognition that funds have been spent progressing the claims.
I does remain a bit of a mystery because of in the event of a claim on the money how it would be established non-performance was due to quality of assets or due to poor handling by S&G.
I'm working on the theory that the cash will be released and take that as a good sign. Mind you we will have seen good signs prior to November so when that comes round it will seem irrelevant in the big picture.
