If you honestly maintain that he has an in with the Ukrainian Government and he abuses his position as advisor to the state-owned Nadra Ukraine Oil and Gas in order to be notified whenever any competing business person is in the country, then you are basically talking corruption at the highest level. Is that what you're suggesting?
