been 'hovering' on NTUs periphery-via their business associations with Conglin Yue for over
a decade.

Interestingly, Shandong as a likely partner for Northern was discussed in this forum back in
2013, [four kings thread]. The emphasis then-regarding the Chinese-'its all about relationships'.

Not all relationships work-yet the exist for a reason. However,the 'family tie' between Shandong
and Northern has proven to be a strong one,that will eventually escalate our company to the 'Top
of the Mountain'-as Southern China's [the major source] HRE supply is now on the wane.
