No, this represents the requirements of the new CoA protocols in obtaining a ML in the Solomons set-out now by the SIG for all leases moving forward. The Isabel project will be one of the first.
Was there a reason to amalgamate both leases into the one PFS and in part, to use Incor and/or Kaiser data ?......yes!
