It's interesting but if the media had suggested Shorten was lying they would have been accused of being bias.

Shorten was questioned on if he was stretching the truth and used weasel words to get around the question.

I hope in future laws are in place to stop untruths being told in election campaigns but I suspect they will always look to mask what they say
