You can sure that if Mrs Clinton becomes POTUS she will not be making any important decisions....they will all be made by advisors and any body else in the room...including Bill. it just has to be seen to be coming out of her mouth.
So if you desire the next US President to be a figure head and a puppet just keep rooting for Mrs Clinton...
