So another possibility. Unless someone else has said this one and I've missed it.
Far take up the full PE and have an agreement to onsell that amount at the same amount that wpl offered plus the current or double market cap of FAR in cash to FAR. From another major eg total.
Then they still hold the same percentage going towards production for free. Have returned everyone's money - anything else from here is pure profit for all of us.
Who wouldn't be happy with this..
