No I didn't say it would be 12 months. I said that once you are issued your LOI you have a 12 month period to procure your SAA. I don't know how long it will take.

What I was saying is regardless of what support we have we will have to go through the processes meticulously and under a lot of scrutiny I would think. This IMO will be time consuming even if we are confident we have necessary support.

My point was that people are waiting for a "Eureka" announcement when what is more likely is a series of announcements slowly progressing to a positive result.
