Fair point, but this plant appears to be built for the main purpose of being a reference site. The plant capacity is quite small compared to others already deployed. As such I don't think the commercial details of the contract matter, if anything, EMC probably funded it themselves. The game is certification so they can sign contracts in the future in this province, and have other provinces and commercial partners see an operational plant to validate EMC's various claims about their products. This is a big announcement based on the importance of having a reference site with a great partner. Doors will open from here and money (contracts) will follow
