Yes you have a point re "meticulous process".
These meetings happen now with the mining minister and indigenous owner are, hopefully, to circumvent any further delay once PL/tender is issued.
IMO once the SIG commences tender processes is when minister is satisfied all owners on board and SAA will not be delayed.
Regardless still a month or 2 to go as tenders have not been ANN by the minister.
It is also my understanding that upon the tender being awarded the SAA and PL will be issued shortly there after.
