You may be right but how much will those who remain out of the market be out of pocket by believing all the scare talk?, in my area you have to find another 80k to buy a home compared to 5 years ago, all governments have failed in their duty to keep real estate at a sensible price by allowing foreign buyers and negative gearing.
We should have bought again 3 years ago after selling but I read too much rubbish on real estate falling.
