    They put a valuation on both assets based on production from non-Jorc assets. And SJ has never been drilled by AVQ. Year 6-18 production is all based on assumptions without a Jorc and just some historical drill data.

    Anyone that knows mining valuation knows this is not possible.

    Just the way it is, red dude. Getting angry at me doesn't change that. Read a book if you don't believe me.
