No, that why I said the LME warehouse has been slowly decreasing and nickel price was at record low in 2015 and only starting to recovery, hence, due to the glut of low grade nickel ore coming from Russia last year that is getting into the market, it's actually way more than the market thought causing the nickel price to remain so low in 2015.
