Hi a much fairer way would be to allacote them to shareholders Prorata to the number of shares taken up in the short fall and share issue by shareholders.Make them a contributing share with the amount .005 cents to be paid in full at a later date when funds are needed. My feeling is the Best Way is to CANCELL Them DYOR Towie . I guess we will have to know the number unsubscribed for first Hopefully it was a good uptake
