No, what I meant is the glut from Russia is a lot more than expected, so it will take a long time for nickel price to recover, but the ban from Philippines could hasten this. But I am not expecting nickel price to get back to 7.5-8US/lb anytime soon.
The sanction is what caused them to release all these low grade nickel to China......IMO.
