Simple really. The Hamas leader is a military target. An acceptable target. Civilian deaths - innocent people to be sure - are regretable but they are a BYPRODUCT - get that bit - a BYPRODUCT of getting to him for he and the rest of his type hide in the civilian areas.

Now....the suicide bombers ...their TARGET - get that bit as well - their ONLY TARGET - are innocent women and chilren.

Now tell me you dont see a distinction.
