I'm the wrong man for that - I don't short anything - I just don't do it though I can see that it does have it place in price discovery but its just not my thing - and I do love it when shorters cover

I hold STO and its my only oiler for personal reasons - I'm out of everything else and have been for some time - I'm large on gold though but oil is about as transparent as well...oil

I'm sure something will happen with a few of our big boys in the next year or so and can see a lot of sense in a STO/ORG tie up but who knows - oil is so wrapped up in politics - I wouldn't be surprised to see the Saudis end up doing a deal with Russia if the shalers keep pumping - in fact I can see a whole new block forming in the gulf states with Russia as the big kid on the block in the future as they're interests are tied - Russia can turn the taps down to help OPEC and the yanks can't produce enough to supply themselves let alone everyone else so its possible.. but we're talking future maybes..
