    Just news in from my contact in the Philippines.........THE PHILIPPINES CONGRESS IS SEEKING TO IMPOSE INDONESIA TYPE BANS ON ALL OF THE 27 NICKEL MINES IN THE PHILIPPINES.
    starting to sound very serious their ,in any event knowing the Philippines Congress and how it works it may take 5 years for the total shutdown of the Nickel extraction.
