Directors and shortfall - no tick from Robbo24, page-20

Taking from a post on sharetrader, seems as though the poster had contacted M Hill and got confirmation that it was all over on Friday.

But there was a comment "In total there is a little more than 200 million shares locked up here which is double my holding so my interest in getting director skin on the table seems to be already achieved."

Does this imply that there was only 200m shares not taken up? I know its a bit speculative to take info from a public forum, esp when we'll find out in a couple of days, but has anyone else followed this up? Would be cracker if thats the case.
