She advised that Lisa has left to pursue alternative opportunities, regarding the contract it does stipulate both parties can amend contractual agreements.
What normally happens in these cases is, contractors get "walked" when they put in there resignation. There is no point of Lisa hanging around for 3 months if she put in her resignation.
She was a BDM not a KEY pillar in the organisation, we had Intel and every other key milestone before she was hired.
