Cairn said these updated numbers would include BEL1 and SNE4, yet their independent verification comes up 80-odd million barrels shy of FAR's (RISC's) estimate for SNE excluding those two wells.
Should be good for a trader-driven price plunge tomorrow morning.
Would say a hell of a lot about FAR management if FAR was to open tomorrow without management making a prior announcement and thus allowing share price plunge MK II. There is no strategic reason NOT to release their updated RISC report and if CNE have had their figures independently verified then no reason why FAR is not already in possession of said RISC report.
