People just need to remind themselves as to why they purchased shares in the company in the first place- if it was only based on the Lisa Zheng appointment and her expertise, than fine, can't blame you for selling. But if you're thinking the company's fortunes rests solely on the shoulders of one director who wasn't even there for three months, than ask yourself, why panic? Things have been going smoothly and will Continue to do so, driven by Dr.Sheng, JS and Chris. The tech is still revolutionary, there is still a high demand for a interoperability solution and the rest of the board is still intact- the way it was before she arrived. So take a deep breath and remember people resign all the time. This is in no way a reflection of Intels perception of Xped. Maybe she was even sent there for a very short 'due diligence' and was happy with what she saw? Just my thoughts
