    Ahhh yes - I'd forgotten about the pipeline. What a joke. People on HC were even posting photos of it to show how swimmingly the project was going. Just a matter of turning on the taps and letting the gas flow, eh?

    Does this mean that NEO now own an empty pipeline with little prospect of ever using it?
