Hi Klaas, I think we are saying the same thing then. That is, TZL owns IP worth A$55m, that IP includes the IP behind the Intevia range of products as well as the Future Wall IP and no doubt some others.
If that is correct then I am still suprised that the valuation is so low, after isn't the only other asset of significance the US engineering business?
