If by deliver you mean production, then there shouldn't be any worries about the market. It's a long time away yet and with this being such a low breakeven project the returns should be good and you would hope the SP would at least double at that point.

If you mean deliver in the next 12 months I think no.
The pre empt will tell a lot, if FAR get it then there are suitors in the
Background if they don't then WPL is the highest bidder and the SP will
React accordingly meaning fluctuation similar to the last 2 years but overall gradual rise towards production and a Stockmarket crisis somewhere in between.....

If I wasnt so balls deep in some positions right now I would sell and hold
Mainly cash and do some quick trades. If I can't get out before the next crisis then so be it I will sit it out.
