    i think the laundries sale was a catalyst for either growth, debt reduction and takeover appeal

    it appears what with no suitable bids, the company make look to other measures for growth and I do think a right issue may occur to meet above targets

    whilst it maybe an ok yield, its growth prospects look limited to slow now, and I think it offers little conviction to be long
