Seriously? No CEO , management, investor wants their share price lower! So many reasons why this is a ridiculous thing to say..
Directors want SP higher for options and share exercising , higher so can raise cash , higher so they become multi millionaires along with their worshipping share holders, higher so they can use higher SP to take over other companies, etc etc.
Your argument is like someone selling their house but trashing and wrecking it as they want less money for it so someone else can get a bargain!
