Re-read the announcement. Simply cannot understand the negative commentary. Oasis is largely out of Hong Kong. Significant buying of TZL came from Hong Kong in recent times. Anyone want to bet Oasis is not already a major holder of TZL? They sound like believers to me. As Klaas says, there will be news around the main game involving PE/AGT/TZL soon. Placements are hardly going to be made at terms unfavourable to the company in TZ's situation. I was expecting a deal like this at anything up to 80c. 59c is a huge bonus as it has to be repaid in 3 years. The lower the price the easier the task or am I missing something?

The IP revaluation is highly conservative so that a premium is not established up front. Those on the ground floor want the lowest starting price not the highest price designed only to assuage small shareholders who flit in and out of the stock. The big holders have the large picture in mind and to them will go the spoils (along with those smaller holders willing to ride on their coat tails).
