    Does anyone think there will be another retail share issue by SDL? Who would take it up? The proceeds, if any, wouldn't cover the issue costs.

    IMO, the only outcome that keeps SDL afloat is that RFC will succeed in some arrangement with the note holders. I have no idea what it would take to get the note holders to put more money in when there is no reasonable prospect they will get it back.
