Not following that close either but I have noticed the rinse and repeat goings on for a few years might be done and dusted.
From memory KAR need US$60 but costs have fallen substantially so I reckon US$50 or less might be on the cards.
Depends of course on the next round of appraisals at years end though and then if successful would expect a development decision and more informative costs and break even.
By then though if your chart prediction is on the money it will be all academic and I expect KAR would push ahead and go to development.
They have oodles of cash and are obviously keeping it for that very scenario.
It looks a good punt as their market cap is way below cash in bank.
What could go wrong?
POO crashes?
Appraisal disappoints?
Worth the risk at these prices IMO if oil is on its way up.
