they are resorting to shonky tactics, for exmple in the 'Ballarat' letter the author refers to "Kelso and his Board" - and that really tells it all doesn't it, the use of the word his, inferring that the Board is in the possession of Kelso......and yes they, all little yes men

and if you are right pigsrus, then the new Board members you speak of would be even worse

I am suspicious of any company that makes a material financial dealing, namely the $18 million facility, yet says the details of the deal are to remain confidential....what the!!!!!! so one might construe from that anything really, certainly the deal may not be in the interests of shareholders or it may be, but how can the shareholders know that when the ceo has his little secrets tied up in the deal, just like the dealings in Canada, so I have been told

further in regard to Bonaparte Gulf, the company committed to dealing with that, farmin wise, three years ago and then each year after that........yet ofcourse nothing has happened, and if something happens now it is only the knee jerk desparation of the man. He also has stated in the last week that he wants to drill t/b 100% DLS! - talk about a train wreck! - over my dead body are you going to punt this company on one well, especially how that Bounty play was such a corporate success

if you support the current Board and Mgmt you a bound by the same ethical standings as them and therefore should hold your head down low
