At last someone that can openly exchange a informal chat on the resignation of now ex- Executive Director Lisa Ningyu Zhang from Xped.

It will be a slow process to really understand the motto for this suddenly resignation but, clearly, something went wrong along the lines here.

Interestingly, she was located at San Francisco Bay area to represent Xped in the Silicon Valley. Exactly the same location that Chris Wood now Xped's CTO has also relocated to manage the North American operations.

After all the publicity that came through on various media outlets like Abnnewswire, Bloomberg, Investogain, Einnews. IOTaustralia and, numerous stock forums included own Commsec large forum.... The big question is lagging to be answered... it's very hard to swallow what that "explanation" announcement that also was a little "dodgy" needing a second announcement to try to clarify the "brush off" of a such high magnitude news for the company.

The announcement alone, with little or nothing more than 1.5 lines was one of the give aways of how the company might have tried to obscure the real nature of the resignation.... just to bring a second announccement the next day after numerous phone calls and emails were made to the company itself.

Interesting also to notice that Lisa's high level of expertise was more centralized within the Asia Pacific - she oversaw investments in China and managed a team of investment professionals in Beijing, Shanghai and Hong Kong. She was responsible for the $US100m Intel Capital China Smart Device Innovation Fund, the $ US 500m Intel Capital China Technology Fund II and the RMB80m Intel Capital China Angel Fund.

So it's hard to understand the company strategy in shifting focus to the USA as it was indicated in June 29th....

There are many talks around the traps about the resignation.... and too many questions not answered. Investors and traders have been talking in different forums about it... but, mostly here, its a SIN to talk about something so important... it's so bias and sad how the behavior of many here goes.... desperation on back of get rich quickly in spec stocks.....lol

Hard questions must be made it when companies do behave in a not normal manner....especially SPECS !!!

Techs and Biotech specs are one of the highest percentage of failure but also one of the highest percentage of fantasy stories and possibilities..... there are articles and books on this... talking about the danger in believing so much on these startup companies....

So yes Stef..... I believe we might find the answer within the next few weeks or months where we might get to trace Lisa's whereabouts....

Never stop looking in life for the truth.... the blind or the blind sheep will always follow each other but, will also in many cases fall together....
