I have been doing my usual sift for info and came across this in their twitter feed.

Telstra Plans To Spin Out Ooyala In Public IPO, Setting Unrealistic Expectations

    http://blog.streamingmedia.com/2015/08/telstra-to-spin-out-ooyala-in-ipo.html

To me it ties in with the "don't care about the share price" comment.

This is a start-up company, of course their future potential is speculation. Iot has made it clear they value themselves at approx 7-9c. When the SP went above 15c I thought to myself "that's a long way to fall before they have a chance to prove themselves"

What goes up must come down. And it has. Harder than it needed to imho, but that's the nature of the stock market these days.

I believe the SP comment indicates that they are aware of the nature of the beast, not that they don't care about their investors. To many, day traders can go jump. They work purely for profit and cause exactly these kinds of false expectations to help themselves to others money. If you invested to help a company get to where it wants to go to everyone's benefit then these fluctuations are a normal part of trading and should be ignored/acted upon based purely on your research, not emotion.

First rule of trading; if you can't afford to lose it, DON'T TRADE! Personally I always factor in a major asteroid strike on earth. The 1% probability I assign it reminds me that there is no sure thing, Ever.

They have stated Sept. to "prove" Roam-e, they have shut their mouths on all else until such time as they can announce solid news, not 'fluff' that gets some so angry but is appreciated by those not out for a quick buck.

    My 4c worth.
