WPL just reported its half year results.
From page 22 of their briefing notes, it looks like WPL has dropped the pre emptive conditions noted on its initial announcement on 14 July.
I can only infer that the 30 day pre empt opportunity has now closed, and WPL stake is now subject to Senegal government approval.
