    Conspiracy level thoughts here, but I'm curious how this works for companies like this in general.

    DISC: used to hold, got fed up, but still watch

    We know DGR management also have hands in the subs directly, we also know that DGR has done a LOT of raising from its shareholders. What is to stop management from effectively "sacrificing" DGR to help the subs? It would ostensibly hurt them, but may result in a net win for the subs. And let's face it, most of the money DGR has has been raised from holders.

    I guess I'm asking: when do people start worrying that DGR's existence is not beneficial to the holders of DGR itself?
