They haven't rushed out a new prospectus, this was related to the last capital raise!
AlbertM, I understand your frustration, and agree, that there are a lot of "Cockroach" companies on the ASX and in fact all stock exchanges around the world.
I have put not only a lot of money but also a lot of research into both management and the resource of all the companies i am invested in!
I believe the management here at ARD are indeed one of the best and most honest teams I have dealt with on the ASX.
If you disagree, just because of recent delays, I guess I understand your position, I have also done a fair bit of research into MOY, I believe you are onto a winner there, don't know much about DCN.
