Tell that to people that took 250mg PBT2 pills during the trials which is now deemed unsafe by FDA due to animal testing ( while I personally disagree with the above).
Whats FDA's liability in the above? Did they follow their own procedures with phase 2 approvals? Why didnt they ask for dog testing results prior to phase 2 ?
Is the FDA liable for the stock tanking post PH? Investors were under the impression animal testing was completed and passed as per FDA protocol for initiation of phase 2 ...
