It's amazing how quick that process is going for ATC.
3rd July - Positive pre-assessment from German ECA for finance
10th August - Appointment of due diligence consultants for finance from ECA
17th August - ECA proposed sole lender debt structure and increased loan from 60m to 70m.
Note: finance still pending further DD and final loan approval.
I guess signing a BOA with Mitsubishi for 100% for 10 years back in April also helps things!
