Perhaps the transplants have already taken place - VCR did say that they would be seeking no publicity prior or during the operations.
Does the steady rise of late in the share price indicate how difficult it would be to keep the information confidential given the involvement of so many people including the patients family and friends along with the hospital medical, nursing and administration staff.
