I agree they sound very bullish which is what you would expect if they paid overs for COPs interest but the fact they paid unders mean they don't have to over sell the deal.
Oddly CNE & COP have been the least enthusiastic JV partners while FAR have always been the most enthusiastic.
I wonder if WPL have taking their cue from FAR?
I wonder if WPL & FAR are closer than we know?
