Intel the worlds biggest silicon chip maker is partnering with BMW to produce driverless cars. If there was no chance of battery powered cars becoming the new age of automobiles then they would not have bothered at all. Nearly all the major car manufacturers have stated they are going to produce EV's in the next 5 years. Not to mention EV bus and truck manufacturers joining in. Blind Freddie could see the EV's storming the world markets and these manufacturing giants are clambering to get the drivers seat in this emerging market.
Galaxy will be in a prime position to benefit greatly in the next five years with 1 mine currently producing with 2 other high quality resources in the wings. Macquarie have a lot invested in oil facilities, hence I believe the down ramping by them. Saudi Aramco selling off a mega huge asset and Total having joined the lithium ranks.
The next few years will be very interesting indeed....
