Nothing wrong with holding, especially with gbg. I just hope I get another entry point.

Not trying to predict a date, I really (like most) have no idea on timing or if in fact it will even occur. All I am doing is comparing with what is happening now with history and the writing does seem to be on the wall that something is going to give. I tend to think with the bearish market we have if it does go it will be another big one.

I liked the article in the paper yesterday on this subject. People who one month paid up to $5.50 for westpac sold at $3.30 a few months later. Westpac now over $20. If you sold at the lows you lost if you bit the bullet and held you are now worth a lot of $$.

I am only doing this to hopefuly be prepared to buy in at the lows. I haven't sold everything yet and if I get caught out I will simply hold.

Again though analysts who look at this better than me even say that if it does occur it will be softer than 87'. Some even say bollocks it won't occur again, I prefer to learn from history.

    Time for all to DYOR.

I am definately not the best share player but I am not a bad researcher. Just hope I don't research myself out of the market short term lol.
