Hi Chianti, I'm really finding the humour in your posts entertaining. A leaky gut sounds terrible to me, and it's a shame that many of the foods and drinks that people consume can impair this barrier and cause this sort of damage in the gastrointestinal system. It's always good to have an idea of the foods that we should be avoiding, and taking care to minimise these if we can't completely do without them. We have come a long way in our understanding of the harmful effects of A1 protein and gluten in our diets, and I have taken care to avoid foods that contain these harmful substances. It wouldn't be very comforting news to many to know that their guts are potentially swollen. Exciting week, and the week we've all been patiently?waiting for,to get a look at results and forecasts ahead.
