The market and particular shareholders will never react well to hostile legal proceedings for a publicly listed company, large or small. That's the reality. Doesn't matter if you're IOOF holdings or IOT group.

IOT may say the claim wont have an effect on the company, but considering the startup size of the staff, it absolutely will have an effect. When you're an operating staff of 5-7 people and 2 of those people are in a legal battle, it isnt exactly healthy.
