the de-merger isn't likely to come to fruition until about Feb next year....
i think the record date for in specie entitlement will happen around December this year, so there is still time to get in on this one...
the problem with in specie distributions is that the regulatory compliance regimes are much more onerous than with a straight out IPO
the board of ARU however is committed to maximising shareholder value and rewarding loyal shareholders... this might suggest the in specie will be at very favourable terms...
