Your post is about the first one worth reading here in the last few days. Some of these people here dreaming about shareholder revolt etc have no idea how such action would be workable in the case of a situation like KBL are in right now. Actions such as trying for a 249D to
replace the board would simply push it over the edge. It is just balancing right now. Jim, Bob and Greg are fighting their hardest war to
to save KBL and would just walk away in disgust if any thing like that is bunged on.
