Not 100% sure but I think Findlays still have the balance of their CN setting through the next week or two so that MAY explain the weakness and willingness of sellers.

I have made the decision a little while back to see it through to Q1 next year (finances permitting) and that is a surprisingly liberating feeling - suddenly the daily SP movements mean little.

I am basically locked into the story that we have just begun the real version of what is being set up for Range/Puntland/Lundin/KNOC and possibly a few others.

What I really do expect to happen - (and this is NOT based on any knowledge or conversations with anyone - it's just my interpretation of what is going on and my business experience of what is likely to happen)

1. I expect KNOC to sign for Canmex's other 20% - not sure if they will do that in the dd period or after Canmex commit.

2. I expect an AIM listing as soon as possible after the GM approval for raising capital and share issues to those involved.

3. I expect some form of activity (possibly not drilling) this calendar year - the theory here is that for a company doing 'due dilligence' on a deal they have already got the guy in place who is going to head up the exploration activities - cart before the horse or is the due dilligence a done deal and they are already actively sourcing/transporting equipment etc

4. AIM listing - mid Nov - I know the company is saying to people they will try and do things fairly and give shareholders a chance at a rights issue etc but I suspect that is 'butter talk' before the GM meeting - pretty soon after the GM we will find out the whole $25m has been raised at a low price out of key offshore people.

5. None of us will care that everyone has been given cheap stock because those same people who got set Phil Embury style at low prices are the ONLY people capable of taking this stock to a $1b+ market cap. You don't get them buying at 20c if you haven't given them a good entrypoint at 3c.

6. Range will announce some sort of minerals deal before year end.

There are many other things I hope will happen but these are the things I actually think will happen. I am guessing of course but I think the Canmex deal is a done deal and they have done a 4 weeks dd so there is a concrete announcement right on or about the AIM listing timetable.

Everyone trades their own way but if you arn't planning to hold this through to at least Dec and more likely Feb/Mar I don't know why you would be in it.
